You will have an in-office consultation and final meeting with your DJ. Your DJ will arrive one hour or earlier prior to your event to begin setting up. Each package includes a complete digital DJ system (a Pioneer mixer with Serato software or a Traktor mixer with Traktor software) with two powered speakers (QSC K series, JBL or Bose), a cordless Shure microphone and back-up equipment, along with a complete digital library of music specifically catered to your special event. Your DJ will be dressed in appropriate attire and will be a master of ceremonies to make all announcements and play your requested music throughout your event.
After your initial consultation with Carcano DJ, we will determine which of the 4 DJs would best fit your needs. At the time of the appointment, we set-up a meeting with the DJ to see if his personality fits with what your needs are for your specific event. The DJ’s phone number and email will be given to you so that you may contact him directly throughout your planning.
With today’s digital technology, we are able to provide you with any style of music and find most, if not all, of the songs you request. This includes, and is not limited, to 40s Big Band Swing to all of today’s current music, along with various types of ethnic music such as Latin, Arabic, Indian, Jewish, Persian, Greek and Asian styles.

Yes, Carcano DJ can also assist you in planning your event. With over 25 years of experience, we can help you add additional services, such as chiavari chairs, photo booths, pipe & drape, dance floors, step and repeat backdrops, draping, photography, decor and wedding coordinating. We are a full-service wedding entertainment company that has the resources, experience and knowledge to accommodate any budget.
What if we only need lighting, a photo booth, audio visual services, pipe & drape or chiavari chairs, not DJ services?
Not a problem. We have a professional staff of lighting and audio visual technicians and rental staff who can customize your event, set up the chairs, pipe and drape and equipment, operate it during the event and strike at the end of the event.

Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required for DJ, lighting and audio visual services. The remaining balance is due 10 business days prior to the event. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, checks, and cash.
